Vartgames are glad to quote for your projects! Once we get your specifications on your games, we estimate the prices after we confirm every details on each item. If you provide the delivery address, we also can estimate the delivery cost.
 

Once Vartgames get your artwork, our pre-press department will check them and make sure your files are fit for our printed requirements. We usually provide a list of feedback if there are problems. You can send us the artwork for check before you sign the contract or invoice to save time.

After clients confirm the artwork, vartgames will start to make samples, usually we provide digital printed sample for you to check, we will provide the material samples together if the digital sample is without actual material. Vartgames provide customized sample last which need molds.

Once the customer is fully satisfied with samples,vartgames will start to produce mass production. Of course, vartgames should receive the prepayment first. During the production, vartgames sometime provide images of production process for let the client know the status. When the mass production is finished, we will send you 1 or 2 sets mass samples for your second confirmation.

 

Vartgames support 3rd party inspections such as SGS. We have experience in providing products and components to match the stringent EN71 or ASTM F963 requirements for children games. We will advise you on these requirements from the beginning of the consultation and throughout the production process. The cost should be afforded by clients.
 

Vartgames use strong enough 5 layer corrugated cartons to pack boardgames. These cartons can be palletized and shrink wrapped or floor loaded. Our standard pallets we used are 1.1*1.1m, and 0.8*1.2m. If you have special request on mark and pallets, should tell us in advance.
 

Vartgames can deliver goods from our factory to your destination, the shipping terms can be EX-WORK, FOB, CIF and DDU. We can ship games by sea, air or land depending on your budget and timing need. Balance payment should be made at this stage.
